Hiiiii. I’m writing this in bed late Sunday night. Did you have a good weekend? Mine was full! My family was in Florida, and I had friend time, went on a long hike, and took a long walk in the city. I am sleepy!

  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • tweeze things

  • do a hair treatment
  • clean house + phone a friend
