F1 tyre with 33 FL markings could this be a Verstappen RB13 wheel ?

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here with a sharper eye than mine can help me identify this.

I came across what appears to be an F1 wheel and I’m trying to pin down whether it’s authentic, and if so which year or ideally race it might be from.

From what I can tell so far:

– It's marked 33 FL with dutch flag, which points to Max Verstappen (front left)

– Inside, there is a sticker marked “RB13-FS-01007”. I'm guessing FS means front-side and RB-13 refers to the car in the 2017 season, no clue about the 01007 yet.

– The hub design looks very specific (kind of ventilated ?) so maybe a race with particularly hard breaking zones ? I tried to look at images from the 2017 season and could not find a definitive picture. Maybe it came from a show ?

Now I’ve attached a few photos and I’d love input from anyone who might recognize this hub design, can confirm whether the markings make sense or might know which GP this could be from or even can spot signs if it’s not genuine !

Any insight at all would be hugely appreciated !
